By accessing AfterSchool Pros (afterschoolpros.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, and paying subscribers.

AfterSchool Pros is a multigenerational learning platform where people learn practical life skills, share what they know, and found their own schools. The platform is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

Content you create on AfterSchool Pros — including schools, lessons, curriculum, and wisdom contributions — remains yours. By posting content on the platform, you grant AfterSchool Pros a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content to other users of the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. You may not post content that is harmful, deceptive, infringing, or illegal.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions — contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Founding member pricing, where offered, is locked in for the life of your subscription as long as it remains active without lapsing.

All original content on AfterSchool Pros — including the platform design, brand, Flourish Guru AI system, school framework, and the PANGEA ecosystem architecture — is the intellectual property of Pantheon Media and protected by copyright law.

"AfterSchool Pros," "PANGEA," and "Flourish Guru" are trademarks of Pantheon Media. You may not use these names or our branding without written permission.

You agree not to: • Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content or architecture without permission. • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Flourish Guru AI or any platform system. • Use the platform to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content. • Impersonate AfterSchool Pros, PANGEA, or Pantheon Media. • Circumvent any security or access controls.

AfterSchool Pros is provided "as is" during its early access period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for any particular purpose. Flourish Guru is an AI assistant — its responses are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantheon Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AfterSchool Pros. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
